Data Destruction
You select if the work needs to be done on your premise or if it can be completed off site. We will securely transport your products from your site to ours. Some products include hard drives, laptops, tapes, paper, punch cards, micro-film, micro-fiche, and servers. We provide an audit to ensure proper chain of custody with your products. We will provide all documentation to you for approval and work together to ensure accountability at each step or our process. Hard Drives and tapes are destroyed per Department of Defense Standard. Certificate provided upon completion.

Hard Drive Sanitization
We will securely transport your products from your site to ours. Some products include hard drives, laptops, and servers. We provide an audit to ensure proper chain of custody with your products.
The sanitization process is compliant with Department of Defense Standard 5220.22M. During the seventh pass another full platter wipe is made and a verification step is run simultaneously which ensures the drive has been wiped. The Certificate of Sanitization is provided upon completion of all work and drives can be sent back to the customer for redeployment in their network or kept by ECHO for future sale.

Total Data Erasure By Individual Tape Serial Number
Our proprietary data eradication services guarantee secure and unprecedented safeguards and redundancies ensuring all data is safely and securely erased. The audit process provides final archive document detailing time date, location and procedure for each Volser number. Audits occur at your facility, our facility, and, most importantly, a final audit after data eradication.

Secure Data Transport
Tapes are bar-coded, scanned, audited, and tracked at every critical step. Packaged tapes scanned out of your facility are transported via a secure GPS-enabled truck. Upon arrival at our secure facility, media is scanned and isolated in a high-security staging area while verifying that no active tapes have been shipped. Upon final approval, data eradication is performed. A certified letter of data eradication and confirmation by Volser number is provided.

Certified Magnetic Media
We offer ECHO 100% Certified media tape that is guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations. Proprietary software ensures each tape performs to rigorous standards. Every tape is tested and drive-certified on OEM equipment. All tapes are cleaned, re-tensioned and inspected.
